Carnival

Hello! Even though Carnival isn't until Tuesday we celebrated it at my school today. As usual, there was a competition for best costume. The Visual Arts seniors and juniors got togheter and formed a group that would dress as famous artist or art pieces. From Vermeer's Girl With A Pearl Earring to Jackson Pollock, to Leonardo DaVinci and Roy Lichtenstein's iconic Crying Girl. I didn't participate as either an artist or a picture, but I helped with make up and other things. I'm quite proud of the pop art look I've made on Adriana (the 2nd picture shows the unfinished look). These are some photos from before the contest. And just in case you're interested, we won.

I hope you enjoyed this short yet fun post.
Until next time!

LOTS OF LOVE,
Tânia
