I had the privilege of seeing Within Temptation live and meeting the band in the beginning of August in Vagos Open Air, they were the head band of the first day of this summer festival and I got so inspired by the makeup she had on during the show!
For the Hydra tour she's been doing these colour pop kind of looks in shades of tealish blue and bright pink and in the Vagos Open Air concert she had the green blue look which I absolutely loved and was dying to try it on myself.
One of the things I've noticed in Sharon's makeup is the lashes she wears. She always has these spiky lashes that give her such doll eyes and I think that's one of her makeup artist's favourite set of lashes.
Borka (aka Borflor), Sharon den Adel's makeup artist, used similar lashes on Tarja for the Paradise video, in fact both Sharon and Tarja had that style of lashes as you can see in this gif.
So I went hunting for that exact set of lashes through all of the beauty supply stores in town and I found the perfect one.
I based this look on THIS photo that she posted on the day of the concert.

This look was very fun to make, specially because there is a second part to it which is a more Halloween appropriate look. I will post the second part of it next week, hopefully!
I hope you have enjoyed this post and I will be back next week with a new one!
Love,
Anna
